Odorless grease separator room

The grease separated from the catering exhaust air is stored in special rooms until disposal for fire protection reasons and because it smells.

In the grease separator rooms, an enormous odor develops which quickly spreads to adjacent rooms. When the air is exchanged, it gets outside and is often very disturbing even outdoors.

Similar problems also occurred in garbage rooms and can be solved in the same way

With a plasma exhaust air system, odors in the exhaust air can be almost completely removed. A downstream activated carbon filter removes the last odor particles and also acts as a catalyst. It is cleaned again and again by the ozone generated via the plasma.
