Replacement Parts for UV Systems

UV tubes and ballasts are available for any brand or model—please contact us. We’re also happy to offer maintenance services.

Replacement Parts for Plasma Devices

Many of the older—and in some cases even newer—plasma devices from other manufacturers (“third-party brands”) do not have short-circuit protection. As a result, the plasma plates in these systems can become scorched. This risk also exists if effective pre-filtration is lacking and the plasma plates become contaminated with grease. This also promotes the development of “scorch damage.”

It is often no longer possible to retrofit additional pre-filtration or a short-circuit protection device. However, we can supply replacements for the damaged plasma plates. Repair Instead of Total Failure

UV and plasma systems can fail due to incorrect design, lack of maintenance, or poor quality (non-durable materials). Models without short-circuit monitoring of the plasma electrodes, for example, are particularly susceptible to such failures.
 

Hygiene Check

Hygiene Inspection of Indoor Air in the Production Area

We conduct an indoor air quality check to analyze the air hygiene conditions in the production area in order to identify potential sources of contamination or areas for improvement to ensure even safer food production. Our measurement is not a substitute for a certified measurement that may be required by regulatory authorities, but it is at least equally reliable.

The following procedure is included in the check:

  • Analysis meeting with responsible personnel
  • Inspection of the production areas
  • Determination of sampling points for bacterial count measurement
  • Bacterial count measurement at approximately 10 measurement points using an air sampler
  • Evaluation of the bacterial count (after approximately 1 week)
  • Report with recommendations for corrective actions
  • Discussion of the results
