Technical features

The THT offers numerous advantages that make it the ideal choice for food service establishments. Its robust construction, made of V2A stainless steel, ensures durability and resilience. The grease- and condensate-tight welds, along with the drain ball valves, make maintenance significantly easier. Additionally, the hood can be retrofitted with UV systems to further improve air purification.

The THT is ideal for use in food service establishments, particularly in areas with high concentrations of grease and steam, such as above counters, serving stations, and front cooking stations. It can also be easily retrofitted into existing systems.

Function

The THT is designed to efficiently extract exhaust air from counters, serving areas, and open-kitchen stations. Equipped with high-efficiency filters, it achieves a filtration efficiency of up to 98%, depending on the airflow velocity and particle size.

Technology material

The hood body is made of V2A chromium-nickel stainless steel (grade 1.4301) with a finely polished, K240-brushed finish. The side panels have a material thickness of 1.5 mm. The high-efficiency separators, made of staggered stainless steel half-shells, achieve a separation efficiency of up to 98%. Standard lighting is provided by energy-efficient LED lights with IP54 protection.

Installation maintenance

The THT is installed as a ceiling-mounted unit. Thanks to the grease collection trough, which is welded all around to be grease- and condensate-tight, and the drain ball valves, maintenance is simple and efficient. The separators are easily accessible and can be quickly cleaned or replaced as needed.

Additional info

The F1 high-efficiency separators meet the requirements of DIN EN 16282-6 and can be retrofitted with UV systems to further improve air purification. The LED lighting, rated IP54, ensures safe and energy-efficient illumination of the work area.
