This kitchen ventilation bonnet is designed for centre-of-gravity extraction as a ceiling-mounted unit above counters, serving counters and front cooking stations.

Bonnet body

  • Stainless steel V2A chrome-nickel steel material 1.4301
  • Surface fine ground, K240 brushed
  • Material thickness in the side panels 1.5 mmGrease collecting channel welded all around grease- and condensate-tight with drain ball valves 3/8″ at deep-drawn outlet point

 

Separator

  • Efficiency separator, type A, made of staggered stainless steel half shells 1.430
  • Separation efficiency up to 98 % depending on inflow velocity and particle size
  • Dimensions: 500 x 400 x 25 mm; number adjusted to air volume

 

Lighting

  • Standard lights in LED, 1-lamp, protection class IP54
