Efficient centre bonnet with additional air supply system optimises airflow.

Function

  • The compressed air chambers with displacement air outlets integrated into the longitudinal
    with displacement flow diffusers, leads to an improved recording of the volume flows and controlled room air rolls.

Technology material

Bonnet body

  • Stainless steel V2A Chrome-nickel steel material 1.4301
  • Surface fine ground, K240 brushed
    Material thickness in the side panels 1.5 mm
  • Grease collection trough welded all around grease and condensate tightness
    with 3/8″ drain ball valves at deep-drawn discharge point
    Separator
  • Efficiency separator, type A, made of staggered stainless steel half-shells
    stainless steel half shells 1.430
  • Separation efficiency depending on inflow velocity and particle size
    and particle size up to 98
  • Dimensions: 500 x 400 x 25 mm; number adjusted to air volume
    Lighting
  • Standard lights in LED, 1-lamp, protection class IP54
    Flush-mounted in bonnet, with Sekurit glass cover

Installation maintenance

Additional info

  • The proportion of temperature-controlled supply air should not exceed 40 % of the bonnet exhaust air volume.
