This efficient centre bonnet with integrated air curtain system optimises vapour capture.

Fields of application

  • For exhaust air in kitchens with high air volume
  • Kitchen bonnets can be combined with technologies for air purification

Function

  • The temperature-controlled supply air is fed into the supply air pressure chambers integrated longitudinally in the bonnet via a support steel system embedded in the lower edge of the bonnet, thus creating a hood-enclosing air curtain. The stabilised
    stabilised volume flows have an energy-saving effect on the rinsing level.

Bonnet body

  • Stainless steel V2A Chrome-nickel steel material 1.4301
    Surface fine ground, K240 brushed
  • Material thickness in the side panels 1.5 mm
  • Grease collection trough welded all around grease and condensate tightness
    with 3/8″ drain ball valves at deep-drawn discharge point
    Separator
  • Efficiency separator, type A, made of staggered stainless steel half-shells
    stainless steel half shells 1.430
  • Separation efficiency depending on inflow velocity and particle size
    and particle size up to 98
    Dimensions: 500 x 400 x 25 mm; number adjusted to air volume
    Lighting
  • Standard lights in LED, 1-lamp, protection class IP54
    Flush-mounted in bonnet, with Sekurit glass cover

Installation maintenance

Additional info

  • The tempered supply air should generally not exceed a value of
    not exceed 80 – 100 m³/h per linear metre
