Plasma bonnet with condensation and electrostat

Technical features

In this plasma bonnet, which is suitable for installation in
front cooking stations and ovens with hot, blue smoke-laden exhaust air,
a condensation module, an electrostatic filter as well as a combi
a combination separator and an EC fan.

Fields of application

  • Is suitable for use above cooking units with particularly high humidity and heat loads, so that the air can then be dehumidified and purified and released into the environment (secondary air operation)
  • Autonomous from the ventilation duct

Function

  • Purifies the kitchen exhaust air through condensation and plasma technology and the added modules.
  • This combined effective cleaning prevents contamination of the environment by grease, protein, water vapour and odour

Use

Installation maintenance

  • For installation as wall bonnet above cooking zones
  • All filters can be regenerated
  • Regular cleaning of pre-filters required
