Technical features

This scrubber cleans the exhaust air, especially of particles, soot and smoke produced by lava stone, coal and charcoal grills.

Fields of application

  • For cleaning the exhaust air of charcoal and charcoal barbecue systems.
  • Also suitable for other exhaust air purification systems to significantly reduce particle deposits

Function

  • Enriches the air with moisture
  • Pre-filters coarse particles and non-oxidisable substances
  • Separates approx. 95 % of soot particles
  • Reduces odours by approx. 30
  • Reduces the exhaust air from approx. 100 °C to 50 °C
  • Makes an active contribution to fire protection

Use

  • For cleaning the exhaust air of charcoal and charcoal barbecue systems.
  • Also suitable for other exhaust air purification systems to significantly reduce particle deposits

Technology material

  • Recirculation of water
    Tap water is pumped by means of a pump
  • Mechanical filter, water filter, soot separation filter made of stainless steel

Installation maintenance

  • Inspection door on front allows easy filter replacement
  • Depending on the process, the wash water can be used for a longer period of time.
