Technical features

This plasma system consists of a multi-stage system with NT plasma technology and downstream activated carbon. It removes the smallest, gaseous, organic carbon compounds. After the cleaning process, the exhaust air is almost free of harmful environmental effects and odors and can be discharged directly into the open air.

Function

  • This unit, combined with pre-filters, sponge filters, electrostat, plasma unit and activated carbon cartridges, cleans the kitchen exhaust air
    from grease and odors in a highly efficient way
  • Solids and aerosols are separated in the pre-filter stages
  • The electrostat after the pre-filters absorbs grease particles and is thus essential for pre-separation
  • The activated carbon acts as a storage reactor
