Air-to-air heat recovery for the use of hot exhaust air
Technische Merkmale
This air-to-air heat recovery is a device designed for integration into an exhaust air system with high dirt loading such as dust, aerosols from industrial exhaust air after drying processes. To cool the process exhaust air, the cold fresh air is passed through segments in a countercurrent process.
Anwendungsgebiete
No change to existing process lines
Economical to use from 1300 m³/h upwards
Funktion
This segmental design provides a large heat transfer surface during operation for optimum utilization for heat transfer from the hot exhaust air to the cold fresh air
Clean fresh air flows through the segments
No radiation losses, as the heated fresh air is returned directly to the system with optimized heat transfer (segment design)
