Description
The Cleanair Plasma KWL 250 is an air purifier that is easy to integrate into the ventilation systems of residential buildings and removes all odors, germs, allergens and indoor toxins from the circulating air. This enables a lower number of air changes, which significantly reduces the energy consumption of the house. The device itself only requires 60W, which is a fraction of the air conditioning energy saved.
The Cleanair Plasma KWL creates a much healthier indoor climate: allergy sufferers find significant relief because the allergenic protein compounds are completely neutralized. The risk of infection from airborne germs is reduced to almost zero. Even indoor toxins, which are a particular problem in new buildings, are neutralized by this air purification system.
Function
The integrated plasma electrode works according to the principle of cold combustion. This means that, unlike conventional combustion, only the electrons and not the entire compounds are excited. The pollutants are passed through a highly excited electron field and split up in the process. The cocktail of excited molecules and free radicals combines to form harmless substances such as water, oxygen = O₂ and tiny amounts of carbon dioxide - all normal components of fresh breathing air. At the end of the purification system is an activated carbon filter, which constantly regenerates itself through the released radicals and should therefore only be replaced after a few years.
Use
The Cleanair Plasma KWL is ideal for energy-saving residential buildings with an integrated ventilation system. From an energy point of view, the aim must be to keep the conditioned air in the building for as long as possible in order to utilize the energy used for air conditioning for as long as possible.
With fewer air changes, the pollution of the breathing air with undesirable organic compounds is concentrated. Harmful components are effectively removed from the circulating air with just one air passage.

The appliance switches on automatically with the air flow via sensors.
With two standardized connections, the system is simply inserted into the air duct.
