Shipping and returns
Delivery
If you place your order before 12 noon, we will process your order on the same day. This only applies from Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. As soon as your order leaves our logistics center, you will receive an e-mail. This e-mail contains the consignment number. You can use this number to track the shipment online at any time.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the package size and distance from our warehouse. If we do not offer free shipping anyway, you will find out the exact amount once you have entered your address.
If you have purchased several products in one order, we can also send them in several separate deliveries, in which case we will of course bear the additional shipping costs incurred.
Returns
You have the right to return your order to us within 14 days. A return slip is required for the return shipment, which you can request from our customer service department by calling +49 (0) 40 48096773 or sending an e-mail to shop@oxytec.com.
Please do not send any goods back to us on your own, otherwise we will not be able to assign them to you.
