Description
Nozzle plate extraction (1-pipe, 2-pipe or 3-pipe) enables direct extraction at the point of origin and is therefore not affected by cross-flows, unlike hood solutions.
Function
A self-supporting and break-proof toughened safety glass pane serves as a baffle plate and spit protection
Vapors are discharged through stainless steel extraction pipes directly into a plenum box with standard separators
Use
Detection of cooking vapors directly above the cooking area
For integration into all standard counter areas
Technology and material
A unique collection channel in the suction pipe prevents the aerosolate from dripping back into the cooking area
