Plasma hoods
Oxytec hoods with an integrated plasma cleaning stage are ideal whenever odor emissions need to be completely eliminated. The hoods are capable of eliminating up to 99% of all odors. The hoods are a multi-stage cleaning system consisting of:
- Exhaust air capture
- grease separation
- Knitted filter
- Plasma cleaning stage
- Activated carbon filter Fan
Oxytec offers plasma hoods for different cooking processes and environments. Depending on the version, an electrostat for eliminating smoke or a module for reducing condensation may be added.
