UVW cert

The UVW cert is suitable for a wide range of applications: in drinking water supply systems, in hospitals and clinics, in the food and beverage industry, in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and in industrial process water systems.

A purely physical process, without any chemicals. Therefore, there is no change in the water’s original properties (pH level, color, odor, taste, minerals)

The UVW cert is suitable for a wide range of applications: in drinking water supply systems, in hospitals and clinics, in the food and beverage industry, in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and in industrial process water systems.

The system operates at a working pressure of up to 12 bar and is equipped with high-performance irradiators with a service life of 1,200 hours. The housing and the irradiation chamber are made of V4A stainless steel, and there is a sample tap at both the water inlet and outlet. High-quality hard quartz is used for the irradiators.

The UVW cert unit features a compact design and an integrated wall-mounting plate, which makes installation easier. It is simple and user-friendly to operate, and requires minimal maintenance.

The system features selective UV-C intensity monitoring in accordance with the DVGW standard, Worksheet W-294, ÖVGW, and Ö-Norm 5873-1. It is equipped with an integrated lamp current measurement loop for lamp monitoring, an LCD display showing UV-C intensity in W/m², and potential-free signal contacts for alarm and pre-alarm. The system is fail-safe and has low power consumption.
