Function

UV-C air sterilization inactivates up to 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, yeasts, and mold spores. It improves the shelf life, appearance, and quality of food and ensures germ-free air. The system highly efficiently removes contaminants from the indoor air and prevents the development of microbial resistance.

Technology material

The UV-C recirculating air disinfection system uses low-pressure mercury lamps that emit UV-C light with a wavelength of 253.7 nm. This spectral line has a germicidal effect without producing ozone. The housing is made of stainless steel with a high-quality finish, and the electronics are integrated and splash-proof. The high-performance lamps have a service life of up to 1,600 hours.

Installation maintenance

The unit is easy to install, either on the ceiling or on the wall, and can also be used as a portable unit. Maintenance requirements are minimal, resulting in low operating costs. The lamp can be replaced without any mechanical work.

The device uses no chemicals and leaves no residue. There is no radiation exposure outside the device, making it safe for products, animals, and people. It complies with HACCP and VDI 6022 standards and is therefore suitable for use in hygiene-sensitive areas.
