The MHS mid-height hood effectively captures and filters kitchen exhaust air. Equipped with high-efficiency filters, it achieves a filtration efficiency of up to 98%, depending on the airflow velocity and particle size, ensuring a clean and healthy kitchen environment.

The hood body is made of V2A stainless steel (chromium-nickel steel, material grade 1.4301) with a finely polished surface (K240 brushed). The side panels have a thickness of 1.5 mm. The high-efficiency separators are constructed from staggered stainless steel half-shells and achieve a high separation efficiency.

The MHS mid-height hood is equipped with drain ball valves at deep-drawn outlet points, which facilitates maintenance. The LED lighting is flush-mounted in the hood and protected by a safety glass cover, ensuring durability and safety.

The F1-type high-efficiency grease separators comply with the requirements of DIN EN 16282-6 and are equipped with standard lights rated IP54. The surrounding grease collection channel is welded to be grease- and condensate-tight, which improves hygiene in the kitchen.
