The hood body of the MHK is made of high-quality V2A chromium-nickel stainless steel (grade 1.4301) with a finely polished surface (K240 brushed). The side panels are 1.5 mm thick. The grease collection channel is welded all around to be grease- and condensate-tight and features drain ball valves at deep-drawn outlet points. This design ensures high durability and easy maintenance.

Installing the MHK is straightforward and can be done in a variety of kitchen settings. Thanks to its sturdy construction and high-quality materials, maintenance requirements are minimal. The F1-type high-efficiency separators meet the requirements of DIN EN 16282-6 for high-efficiency separators. The lighting meets IP54 protection standards and is flush-mounted in the hood, providing additional protection and durability.
