Technical features

The CWA scrubber from oxytec removes pollutants such as chlorine gas, ammonia, and hydrochloric acid vapors by more than 99%. It reduces the exhaust air temperature and adds moisture to the exhaust air stream, resulting in improved air quality. The robust stainless steel construction ensures a long service life and high durability.

The CWA scrubber is used in animal barns, slaughterhouses, animal processing facilities, laboratories, and coating processes. In the textile industry, it is often used as a pre-cleaning stage before CEA systems to reduce the exhaust air temperature.

Function

The scrubbing liquid is sprayed against the air stream, thereby achieving the highest levels of removal for toxic gases and odorous substances. The removed substances are concentrated in a sump and separated.
