How does exhaust air purification work without an exhaust air duct over the roof?

oxytec relies on plasma and UV ozone systems that chemically neutralize grease, smoke, and odors, so that the purified air is then:

  • in technical rooms,

    or over other accessible areas – odorless and approved.

What happens to grease, smoke, and odors in the air?
